    Dresden plate top finished

This top has been going on forever but I have found a buyer for it and she has just been to see the quilt top finished and is delighted. I will be going to get the cotton wadding tomorrow, in time for the return of the elna so I can layer and start quilting it this week. The customer has been great giving me part payments as I required them so the outlay has been minimal to me, wish the were all like that.

Thank you for posting your quilt. I am almost done with the plates and have yet to decide the placement. I consider no sashing, and sashing, but have not seen one with color sashing and cornerstones. Love it. Hope to get it posted when done.

I would never do another one doing it the old fashioned way with templates, I prefer the easy way using a jelly roll it comes out so pretty as you can see, and so much easier to do.

I love your quilt, and I love the prints used in the pattern.
