Lots of quilting is right, it must have taken forever. But such a 3-dimensional look! Wonderful work.

This is Geta's pattern called Flower Ball. I did not find the pattern to be too complicated as long as you stay organized.

I love love love this quilt! I really like the background. Is that one piece of fabric or is it pieced also? Your quilting is great and if you told me you had to really think about how to quilt it I don't know if I can believe you because this seems to be the only way for this to be quilted. It is just such a striking quilt. What will you do with it? Is it a gift?
