It's a very pretty quilt, and the mistakes are really not obvious - you've got to be looking for them. I'd leave it - let people wonder if it was an intended feature (if they notice it at all).

Honestly, I had to look, like one of those kid's "What's Wrong With Whis Picture" puzzles
in the dentist's office.
The colors are so vivid, and the "errors" so obscure, I doubt I saw them all. I think it makes it more interesting.

FYI, in my line of work, we make pdfs of what we create and find that the mistakes pop out like crazy!
In light of that, I think I'm going to photograph my tops before I layer and quilt them. I'm betting that photo on the computer screen will show where I goofed!

Ahhh! I'm just like you! But here I am learning! Amish thought: "Only God can make something perfect"! Or go with an appliqué on the "mistake"!
