Grandma Libby and Nanny Sandy were asking me about my star quilt. It is a baby quilt I did for my niece. She loves it!! I used 1930 reproduction fabrics. I love the individual Blocks, and the quiliting. (I hand pieced and hand quilted) but was not happy with the overall finished product. I will set the blocks side by side next time sort of like you see a Sun Bonnet Sue. Thanks for looking at it!! I had fun making it! MaryJane

You did a wonderful job. Did you take it to a quilter after you finished the top? I live in McCalla, and I am considering a pro job for my next queen sized one!

Thanks, but No I hand quilted this one. I have had one done professionally by a lady down your way. I think I have her card at home, I'll look

Thanks everyone!! You made my day! It was very hard for me to share these pictures. I am my own worst critic and I always feel as if my work is never "quite good enough"! You made me feel so much better. Thank you from my heart!
