    Default eight-point table toppers

I am so thankful for my DM who taught me how to sew and for my MIL who taught me how to be a farm wife! Made a table topper for each of them for Mother's Day out of 1 charm pack of Moda's Lady Slipper Lodge and a little yardage. Saw the example on Pinterest but had no pattern to follow. Brushed up on my i side curve binding skills and did some FMQ designs that I thought looked interesting. Nice to practice FMQ on smaller items. Fun projects to do!

They are both very nice. I've seen this pattern before, but for some reason it seems soooo hard, so I haven't tried it.
