I would decorate the eggs in a very grand manner. You could do it with fabric paint, with pearls, beads, stitch painting. I think the decoration needs texture - 3 dimension, something that makes you want to touch it.

Thank you for the comments. Yes I do have to put a border on and you have given me some good ideas. I'll post it when I get it finished.

I think it may look a bit flat now because it isn't quilted. I think a nice quilting job would bring it to life. Very nice wall hanging.

I think it is very pretty but if it was mine I would add crystals beads ribbon and other texetures to the eggs to add excitement

It looks really pretty and the quilting will bring it to life. The only thing I would suggest is a tiny bow at the top of each egg attaching it to the branch?

Stencil some designs on the eggs, or use bunny, chick or cross buttons on the eggs. The bunny by the basket with more eggs on the ground is also a good idea.
Use a darker aqua for the quilting and do a FMQ meander would be pretty, too.

I don't think it needs embelishing but a cute little bird on the upper branch?

I think it is very pretty the way it is, but if you want embellishment, I would add some beading!
