This is an adorable wall hanging! But, I agree, some embellishments would really add some extra pizzazz. Search under Textile Art Quilts and you will discover so many methods for embellishing. Free Motion Machine Embroidery, beading, adding foils, painting and crayons....the list goes on and on. Most of the items are right on hand and only add a bit of fun and extra excitement to a project. I hope that this helps.

You have done a great job, I did one that seemed to be missing something so I used the decorative stitches on my machine with some contrasting thread colors to add more color and it came out great that might help. I did an X stitch up the stems and others , hope it helps.
