Darren- I found fabric called Belle & Boo- it's absolutely adorable. I'm going to make up a Christmas quilt for my baby granddaughter with it. Right now she's too small so I have plenty of time. I think it's exciting to have a special quilt for
the holiday season. Heck- I should make me one too! haha

Wonderful quilt and you did a great job. I love the colors. That was a shame about the marker and I hope you cam fix it.

Great reading, enjoy that little Emmaline. Our neighbors just had a baby and gave her that name also.

What a wonderful story and quilt! You did a great job with the quilt and quilting. The sharpie markers are soluble in alcohol, so the hand sanitizer option may work due to the amount of alcohol in it. It might be helpful to try using just a bit of rubbing alcohol on its own to see it that will work as some hand sanitizers may have lotions, etc. in them that would add other types of stains to your quilt.
