I really enjoyed your design. I took it to my EQ7 program and had fun with it.

Absolutely breath taking! The design and the colors are perfect. Can't wait to see what you do with it.

Thank you. I just love red an blue together. Would you have a problem if I created this quilt? The basic layout is from your original design. I am forever taking quilt designs and changing them up, just because its fun to do. I would also, like you, create different applique, rather than use what EQ has to offer. Great design and I am anxious to see your completed quilt.

No problem at all - you've changed it and made it your own. Of course there are similarities to mine. I'm in the process of doing my applique now. Please post yours when you're done, I'd love to see it. :-D

Whoa-nothing special. That looks like a quilt design that would win in a quilt show competition. Beautiful!!!!

Thanks - it's now pieced and I'm working on the applique. I plan on entering it in a competition if I'm happy with the finished piece. :-D

Thanks marmalade! I hope to get back to the applique this week, when I've finished a commission I'm working on. :-D

It definately has a contempory twist of traditional blocks and applique. I'd like to see more contrasting batiks. I'm anious to see how it evloves into a quilt. Have fun. It's gonna be beautiful.
