    I cut the panel to fit a baby's quilt size. It worked ! Machine quilted the butterfly wings, caterpiller segments, around and through the leaf, inside the colorful food bits ( circles ).
    It will be fun for my Great Niece ! Bought the hard book too. 40 year anniverary for this book !

    I cut away all color dots from boarder and added the food. sized for crib.

    Ellen that is beautiful! My kids have that book and it's always a favourite. I had no idea it had been around that long. :D

    I didn't know it was around that long either! It's my GD's favroite book- she cries when it is done! I made a quilt like this for the toddler bed I have in my sewing room. I have another kit to make one for her.
