    It's like wearable art. You can't wear your quilts to the store, but you can wear your dress and everyone will be so impressed!

    Very pretty dress, and it looks great on you. I used to make most of the clothing for myself and my children and then lots for grandchildren. Fabric has gotten so expensive, though, that unless someone needs a really special garment (That happens.) I look for good sales for ready mades.

    Cute, a fun thing well done. The thing to remember - if you are having a huge problem just walk away for a while then come back to it. Sewing garments has been all my life, & am starting the quilting faze now.
