    Fall landscape wall hanging

I used the tutorial for staggered flying geese blocks that was posted in the tutorials section for the blocks in this quilt. I wanted to capture the feeling of a fall hike and was pretty please with the way this came out.

Nice concept and execution! I like the way it is a modern take on nature but not totally evident. It stands alone as a work of art, regardless of the inspiration. Does that make sense?

Thank you for posting this. It is just beautifully executed, so creative in color and concept. I had to bookmark this in my design folder, you have really given me something to think about.

Love your wallhanging. I like the different size geese, and I especially like the colors.

Very pretty! I love the look of staggered flying geese and the fall colours. Did you see the news story where they have fitted some binoculars for veiwing fall foliage with special lenses for colour blind people?
