Default Fall Table Mat and WIP

Just finished a new fall table mat from leftover strips. I gently rounded the corners so it still retains the octagon shape but no mitering to do on the binding, also cut binding at 2 inches, it lays better. It was so quick and easy I am planning several more for gifts. The second pic is a WIP on my design wall, planning it to be queen size. They are much prettier in person, my picture taking skills are severly lacking. Have a great day.

I agree with nan ... great idea to round the corners off of the lovely table topper. The colors are wonderful on it too.

The scrappy friendship stars quilt is inspiring! What a great use of your scraps. Pretty , pretty...
