    Fancy Fox by Elizabeth Hartman

My sister loves foxes. I wanted to make her a thank you for coming to stay with me for my breast cancer surgery. This block has been on my to do list for quite some time. I wanted hers to have 4 patches for a 'normal' wall hanging... but I like the 3 blocks vertically. So here are both. Hers has 80/20 batting, but I found a thicker batting the perfect size just laying on the floor for mine. I love the way the thicker batting puffs out the fox faces.

You may notice that I embroider my label on fabric that I'm using for the hanging sleeve... saves some hand sewing that's not my favorite task

Both are very nice. Embroidering the label on the hanging sleeve is a great idea. Thank you.

Love them. I have to say that the sassy fox with glasses is my favorite (maybe because I wear glasses). BrendaK

That is so cute! I have the Elizabeth Hartmann Dogs in Sweaters pattern. It's on the list right after the bed quilt and a cosmetic bag.

Wishes for a complete recovery. Your foxes are wonderful, especially the one with glasses. Maybe because I identify.
