I haven't read all the posts, but considering the difficulties you have encountered with this project I think
"Trial by Fire" might be an appropriate name.

Name her Elizabeth (my name) and send it to me. I love it. I understand your frustration, I end up hating something I have so much trouble with. I love the feathered star but knew I would never finish one. It looks very complicated to me.
