They are so used to me doing my sewing and all the other things I do. The kids like to watch me. But most of the time I wait for the kids to go to bed at night and then stay up till midnight working on whatever it is I'm working on. It's my quiet time...lol...plus I brought all my sewing supplies up into my living room so that I can be with the family while I'm sewing. I have an entire basement sewing room with all the trimmings, but I'd rather be with the family:)
