Fidget Quilt regifted
When my mom passed in January, my brother gave back the scrappy fidget quilt I had made for her [she had Alzheimer's]. I wanted to pass it on to someone who could use it. When delivering some of my donation quilts at the cancer center, I asked my contact if they had a patient who could use it. She said she knew just the right person. Today, I got a call from my contact saying that the fidget quilt is so welcomed that they wanted to leave a gift for me! I'm in FL right now getting my new winter home settled. It's going to be hard to wait the two weeks to get home and see what gift I got! this is where I previously wrote about the quilt Fidget quilt is done and this is a picture of it.

It just warms the heart to know that your quilts are loved!

Nancy - what a wonderful gift twice over. It is wonderful that you Mom got to "fidget" with it but, now, someone else will enjoy it as well. I wish that I had known about these when my MIL was dealing with Alzheimer's many moons ago.
