Talking Finally finished Fairy Frost Dimples- Grandniece's Quilt

Started this before Thanksgiving and ran out of time for Xmas~~~ The pattern was Dimples from a McCalls Weekend Quilts magazine and most of the fabric was Michael Miller Fairy Frost. I decided to echo quilt the appliqued circles and it took forever. No wonder longarmers get the big bucks. Just wrestling this thing on the dining room table for 30 hours hurt my shoulder and elbow. The quilt is for a little girl who looks like a fairy or an elf= a very mischievious one!!!

So sorry about your aching body, but the outcome of your hard work was well worth it. You are commended for your fortitude in acomplishing the task at hand. Everything:the fairy fabric, colors, pattern and quilting are great. Your grandniece certainly has a loving aunt.
