Is this a curved log cabin block?

I’m new to quilting and am trying to determine if I could make this, it’s so stunning.
What size are the blocks?
is it a curved log cabin?
Missouri Quilt, Jenny Doan has a tutorial, so will use her method if this is a curved log cabin block.
