I love the fabrics you chose. Log Cabin is one of my favorite quilt patterns because you can make it in so many different formations. Happy quilting

The name of the pattern is Curved log Cabin (sometimes Curvy Log Cabin). It's available several places for sale. From a search there appears to be places to get it for free. There are also several tutorials on Youtube.com, including one by Missouri Star Quilt. I did not view it, but Jenny usually gives good directions and yardage requirements in her tutorials.
