How lovely. When I looked at the first pic I thought the trellis was part of the border and thought wow then I scrolled down and realised it wasn't. So I have to say I saw no imperfections at all. Your hubby will love it I'm sure.

I think you did wonderful , it is a stunning quilt. Don't men always surprise us with what they like..I can see my hubby really liking a quilt like this. Even though he is a man's man!
