Absolutely gorgeous!!! I finally finished a Rose of Sharon applique for my mom (wish I had a picture, forgot to do before I sent it out). Glad its done. Really love applique and hand quilting!! You can do it anywhere at any time, block by block. Haven't done a Balitmore yet, but do have all of Elly's books on doing them. Actually, you just gave me an idea. Many years ago I purchased the most gorgeous fabric in Maine to do a quilt for my room (haven't made myself anything yet). Will definitely investigate this idea further. Now I'm excited!!!!!! Going to look through my books! :-)

I should have known when you said 315 pieces that it was a Pam Bono. Too bad, I like the block really well. Oh well, I don't need to add anything else to my Bucket List, it's long enough.

WOW!!!!! I like your idea of a simple border with flowers in the corner. What an awesome piece of work and I can't wait to see it when you're finished.

Aren't you concerned that if you have a finite amount of items in the bucket, that you will run out of "to do" items before you run out of time? LOL <wave>

What a beauty you have there! A little mindblowing to think of that many pieces.... Would love to see the border you do.
