Terrific!
One cannot go wrong with red, white, and blue <g>.
You did a grand job and your daughter is truly blessed.

Your quilt is gorgeous--I love red, white & blue! How are you going to quilt it? Your story touched my heart--it shows how quilting keeps us sane!

This is beautiful Joyce - I have heard so many stories of how quilting has helped people through difficult times. Our hobby really is a gift, isn't it!

Sending you hugs!

I love quilts with stories, and this is so special for you both.
I have a friend that wants red, white and blue, (more of a cobalt, or royal), next year for her wedding. After seeing how pretty your quilt turned out, I am going to stop, mulling over and musing on idea, and get going on a bundle for it. (yes, she will marry this one, lol).
Hope you don't mind helping with my inspiration, thanks for sharing such a heart warming story, sewjoyce. hugs, C
