    Hi Girls,

Thanks so much for boosting my feelings about this little quilt. I was showing some of my tops to my sister's friend while she was visiting and she fell in love with it and said I want that! So I tried to hand it to her. She is a quilter, herself. But oh no! She wanted me to finish it for her.

I want to tell you how hard it is to quilt for another quilter. You feel under the gun to perform. And I didn't do half as well as I usually do. I have always been that way. I do great until someone is watching too close. Know what I mean?

Anyway, she is paying me. Which I didn't ask for. I hate to sew for money. Because of that same reason above....

Thanks to all of you for your beautiful comments. It means a lot coming from such wonderful quilters.

That is a great quilt. Why aren't you happy with it? I think it looks great.

    Littlehud,
We must have been posting at the same time. Please see above ... LOL!

    Marcia,
Hi hon! Yea it is my design. It was fun to do a kid quilt in those colors. Usually it is pink or blue. It isn't much really. Very simple, like me.

Great quilt - if you are uncomfortable about accepting the money, use it to buy material for a quilt to donate or to give as a surprise to someone .

It is always hard to give others something when they are also interested in our hobby and do it as well.

If she's paying you, it's gotta be good!

Many quilters HATE to pay anyone else to make something.
