Beautiful quilt! Your niece will appreciate it. And you should be very proud of the beautiful work you did.

Unappreciation is a reason for not "trying" again. But I have to remind myself that we give not to get. Your heart was in the right place. God Bless

I need instructions on how to enlarge a carpenter's tool quilt to make for queen size. All I have found is rregular. Fergie

Your heart SHINES in your quilt. One day they will see that! Pray for them.

Stunning. I know how you feel about it not being appreciated. I spent way too much money to make my niece a quilt for her first child, making sure it suited their lifestyle. It wasn't appreciated and now that my niece is pregnant the second time, I won't be making a quilt for this child.

Beautiful quilt. Too bad they didn't appreciate it. I have not experienced that so far but I bet it would influence me greatly!

What a beautiful quilt and alot of work. I know how you feel - I gave a quilt to my son and his wife and the next I saw of it, it was on their bed as a blanket for the dog. Ouch.

How heartbreaking to have your beautiful quilt so little respected or valued. So glad you have photos to treasure. Love your chickens too. and your country--been there several times. Hope to visit again. Have a friend getting married there in July. That's terrific. Noticed your DH is a quilter too. Like his work too. Happy Quilting!
