Thread: Finished WIP Shining Star top

    Tonight, I finished the top of this quilt. It really took a long time, because of putting the main star on point. The size is about 72 inch square.. Had trouble getting the edges even...hope putting the binding on will fix that...

    This is a really beautiful top. I would love to see another picture when it is all quilted. Is this a pattern or did you make it up yourself?

    Thanks for sharing. I love to look at all the pictures to see what other Qb'ers are up to. Especially with the holidays coming around the corners. The star is perfect and the colors too. COngrats on finishing it

    Very nice. I strongly suggest that you press and starch or size it then do any trimming you need before the borders. I can tell you I have learned that one the hard way.
