Thanks for your comments, I have been putting this hand applique technique off for ages - it's time consumming but I have to say I did enjoy it. :D

Tisha i love it! It's so realistic.

I agree with black for the binding; if you don't want to do them all, you could do a few (!) of your favourites as individual wall hangings then group them together. Just an idea - I'm good at finding work for other people! LOL

PS If you're PMing patterns, can you add me to the list? I want to do a 'flower of the month' appliqué wall hanging at some stage so I'm collecting flower appliqués. Thanks in advance!

Ooohhhhh Tisha, that is wonderful! That is a great first attempt, heck, its a great any number attempt. I was looking at the flower petals...since they are held in place with the french knots...then the edges feel all loose and fluffy like the flower if you rub your hand over them??? Its lovely and your work is sooo beautiful!

Can you tell me the name of the pattern and where you bought it? I'd like to look at it :lol:
