You made good fabric and pattern choices. We all make mistakes. We have to learn to hush up about them. for a first or hundred and first quilt, this is good. be proud of yourself

A scalloped border on your first quilt??? Aiyiyi! This is beautiful. Love the colors. You really need to take it easy on yourself as far as mistakes go. We aren't seeing any! Keep it up - you are a natural.

I know that mistakes glare out at you but they don't at anyone else. so as your friend says, quit pointing them out. If anyone else does, just say you did it that way on purpose!!
