    Thanks everyone! I am going to put some FMQ in the white blocks. I wanted to get the "real" quilting out of the way and see how much time I had for FMQ. Since I'm giving it to my dad, I think I'll make a stencil of a screw driver/hammer or something like that.
    I also need to add some quilting in the sunflower-border. The binding, because it's so wide, kind of flops around and needs to be stitched down more. No big deal. It was 4 inches wide; it was the border that I cut off. When it was time to attach it, I forgot everything I knew about binding.

    I was expecting something quite different. This is very nice, you are being too critical on your quilting. Now that you have made such a lovely quilt, start another.

    Start another?! I have several started! I need to finish 3 or 5 of them!
