This is a quilt I made a while ago. Going to give it to my daughter who is in Anchorage for her masters degree. I miss her.

Oh, Pam, that is just gorgeous!! Your daughter is going to love it. The fabrics and the pattern are both yummy! Did you quilt it yourself?

No. For about 4 months we had a longarm quilter up here. I had him do it and then they went out of business. I need to find someone else to do what I don't want to hand quilt. Does Shelley do it?

That is beautiful!!!!!!!! Excellent job!! Are the colors red, white and blue? It's hard to tell in that soft lighting. :) I'm putting together a red, white and blue quilt myself right now!!

Yes, Brazen, it is red white and blue. Thank you all for your comments.
Barbm, that is a picture of my grandson Henry. I would have a rough time giving him up! That picture was taken when he was 3 months old and we thought it was hysterical! He's almost 9 months now.

He's adorable. Just love him! My grandson lived with us for the first 10 months and I was devastated when they moved away in April.

I have laryngitis now and when I talked to him last night my daughter said he was looking at the phone funny. Every time he gets in trouble she offers to send him home, but she never does. I'm probably too easy and he's too cute for her to send him back.
