    This is what I would say, also. I have always had trouble with bindings, and when I look back at my first quilts, I am amazed that they are actually still together. But, I am getting better, and have to do less "unsewing" now. Keep up the good work and remember that we see our flaws, others see the beauty.

    Very good job on your first quilt! I would also leave the binding, you will get better at it with every quilt. My good friend told me that if I kept ripping out what I didn't like or wasn't perfect I would never finish anything.
