    I love this! I remember being about 4 or 5 when my great grandmother (Mamaw) put me on her feather bed, handed me some scraps of fabric and a needle and thread. I've loved sewing and fabric ever since.

    I can't wait until the Lord blesses us w/grandchildren (if He does) so I can experience something like this. Her quilt is priceless.

    I am so happy for you! My DGD sewed with me last summer but now is busy with school, activities and girlfriends. She is almost 12. I am hopeful she will want to sew again soon.

    Your granddaughter is adorable and her quilt is just beautiful. She has a lucky sister!
