FMQ is hard, it takes a lot of practice, I still can't get it right.Practice does make perfect. Yours is good.

I have been machine quilting for a while and I still feel like a novice to most of the people on the boardl, it does get better with time.

You have inspired many of us to try to FMQ. I am a hand quilter, but I just do not have the time to hand quilt the quilts I have been given away and this would really help. You can see between the two quilts that you are mastering it - wonderful job. Keep up the good work and continue to show us your progress.

This is a very good example of how the stitches improve as you practice. I've played with it a bit, but haven't gotten this good yet.

I am a handquilter also... I LOVE to handquilt, it's very relaxing....I DON'T like the look of machine quilting... especially my own machine quilting, but I think I just need to get used to it! lol.... I can tell that I am getting better, and I am starting to relax more... maybee it will grow on me? in the mene time, I have a handquilting job always on hand to calm me down when machine quilting gets me uptight!

For heavens sake, don't be embarrassed. It looks good. You should have seen my first attempt.
