Thanks everyone for your kind encouraging comments. I find it too funny that this thread should pop up again at this time. This just happens to be the quilt I have loaded on the rack right now. So pictures of the completed top will be posted within the next few weeks or so. I am having a blast quilting it. I put scales in the pieced fish and outline quilted all the elements in the panel. It is about 2/3 quilted.
