    "Flourish"

    This was made from scraps on our guilds "freebie" table. I quilted the entire piece with 100wt thread. It was good practice on my longarm. I have had a longarm for one year.

    Wow, I love that 100 wt thread. This goes to show how some magnificent quilting can elevate some pretty, but simple, blocks.

    The quilting definitely completes that quilt and the pieced blocks are not lost in the quilting. They stand out on their own. Great job!
