    I like the first one best. No matter how you look at it, the flowers are 'right'. And it looks more symmetrical to me. I do like symmetry.

    For next time...how about turning them in clockwise direction so that it looks like they are circling your quilt?

    I like the second picture. All the stems down. Doesn't look right with upside down flowers.

    That is just adorable, so light and "springy" and fresh looking. If I were your friend, I would be "over the moon" about this one.
