Here are some photos of the flower quilt I just finished. I have been collecting large floral prints to do this. There is a kit you can buy but part of the fun is choosing your own fabric. :D

The quilt backing is all roses

That's so pretty, it's one of the patterns I picked up in Paducah, can't wait to make my own.

It's a fun one to make. It was fun collecting all the fabric too. I got some of my fabrics from Paducah. It's a good spring quilt. :D

I love that! Absolutely beautiful and I agree that part of the fun must have been chosing those scrumptious fabrics!

VERY beautiful in pictures - I'll bet it's breathtaking in real life. I see so many beautiful large prints like these and wonder how I can use them in a quilt...thanks for answering my question. I'll start a collection next week.

I'm guessing those are at least 10" square?

WOW, that is gorgeous. I am usually not into flowers, but I think you might have converted me to a "flower child"

That is stunning. Really a work of art. Very imaginative on your part. I must have taken awhile to save/shop/find all those fabrics. I like the way the border frames each like a photograph. Really nice.
Your work compliments what the designer had in mind. I can't (can barely) see the stitching. Did you quilt it on a longarm, by hand, or ??????. Very nice.

What a beautiful quilt. Now I have another project. Never thought of doing something like you quilt. I just love it and what cheery quilt for a bedroom. I can see it now. Now I have another excuse to go to the quilt shops.

I've been collecting cat fabrics for a quilt and you gave me a good idea. I hate the idea of cutting them up too small b/c they're so cute.
It won't be for our bed though- we already have the real thing on it :D :D :D
    Very pretty- TFS
