    FMQ Tiny Dancer Baby Quilt

Here's my latest baby quilt made from fabrics in my stash for a grand-neice on the way. I designed the piecing around the dancer fabric, and this is what it became. It is FMQ'd on my domestic machine with meandering, swirls & leaves, ribbons, pumpkin seeds and feathers. I used a couple of colors of Magnifico trilobal polyester thread from Superior Threads for the quilting; I love the sheen it adds to the stitching. The purple center panel feather is embellished with permanent fabric paint.

    Enjoy~

Very cute. I really like the dancers, the colors, and the painting you did on the center block of this quilt. The quilting is very nice, also.

Wow, you are so creative and talented. The colors are gorgeous, the quilting is awesome, and painting the feathering really puts a cherry on top.
