    FMQ'd Key Wallet

Here's a pic of a quick little key wallet I finished tonight . It's just the right size to hold my ID and credit cards with my keys on the ring, and still fit in my pocket.

FYI If your using that for car keys do not have anything heavy in the purse/holder. I was getting the shaking finger from my mechanic for having a lot of nifty gadgets on my keys, he told me that he just replaced his wife's ignition tumblers on her car from her having too much weight on the keys and it wore down the tumblers.
This look fabulous, great for all those key-chain store cards they give out now

I love it Wendy. I think you will find it so handy.

Just yesterday I was designing one of these in my head.

I'm sure you get one together pretty easily, Linda. Just make sure to allow plenty of room for your cards to slide in and out; the first one I made a couple of years ago was a pretty tight fit. Mine has a little magnetic snap, but a sew-on snap or velcro would work just as well. I'd love to see a pic when you get one done!

Sure; here is the inside: (The color seems just a bit "off" from the fluorescent lights in the office; the color in the first pic is much closer.)

I think I'd be inclined to use velcro instead of the magnetic snap as they can sometimes wreck the strip on the cards - at least that's what my bank has told me. Great job - love the card & key holder.

I have been told that too. I was also told not to grab onto the steering wheel and pull when getting in the car. It can break stuff off inside and can actually break the steering wheel itself
