Welcome to the Quilting Board!
have you tried the foldy stuff patterns ...I made lots and lots of these potholders using her pineapple pattern..it is fun and easy....good way also to use up some fabrics from stash
How do we find the pattern?
They are pretty. I have had that foldy stuff pattern for years and never tried it. Maybe I should get it out and see what I can do.
It is so easy to do and really is fun....I got my patterns at a quilt show yrs ago but I think you can go to donna posters site and order...
I LOVE them!
awesome idea, where can we find the pattern and would you do us a tutorial on here, please
I did a search and I think this is the link to show how to make them

You really need her pattern with the lines on it to do these. I am not sure I'd want to do a whole quilt this way but for pillows or potholders it is super and fun to do..she gives info on her site but you need to have the pattern
whenever I go to this site, my computer shuts down, says it is dangerous to the memory. Never had this happen before, so best to stay away.Originally Posted by craftybear
It really isn't the same at all anyway...funny how some sites are just difficult to get to..
These are really cute, are they easy enough for beginners, where can i get info on making them. Thank you, Denise
They are very easy really but you do need donna posters foldy stuff pineapple pattern...someone posted her site where they can be ordered...
I used 2 layers of cotton batting in them...everyone who bought them said they would not use them but would hang them lol
I am the unknown reader she mentioned in her link..after that I sent her my name but at first I just sent picsOriginally Posted by craftybear
I would be glad to do a tutorial but you really need her pattern for the placement of the lines for sewing and pressing and of course she has a copy right so I can't share that...Originally Posted by craftybear
