    Thanks to all on the board for their encouraging remarks.
    There were some questions asked and I will try to explain my answers. Also, someone asked to see more details. I will try to add more pics.
    This quilt was hand pieced, hand appliqued and hand quilted. The design started with the figure holding the quilt and everything else came about from ideas that came to me as it progressed. I don't fully plan out my designs from the start. They evolve as I go along, fitting ideas into the spaces in the background. It is finished when I run out of ideas. The border was pieced on some paper adding machine tape.
    I realize that none of my quilts can actually be duplicated but that is the price I pay for the way I think things out. This is the way my mind works.
