French Braid Quilt Done!
#55
What a great job you did !!! It's beautiful. The first time I ever saw a French Braid was on a trip through Conn on my way to Boston. It was hanging so beautifully in a shop that I just had to buy the book. I can't wait to start mine, because if it comes out 1/2 as good as yours I'll be thrilled.

Your quilt is absolutely stunning. I love the colors, you chose a great name, it does look like sunset colors. I am also just starting FMQ and I agree, you just have to jump in. I did my first FMQ on my Downey Quilts for kids donation.

Katier825...I love your quilt. I have made 3 French Braid Quilts. One looks a lot like yours. I called it Tootie Frootie, because it is the same exact colors as the cereal. I agree these quilts are much simpler to make than they look.
