I think this is a wonderful idea and am considering it for myself.
These are a Friend's foremothers going back five generations. She made and hand quilted it.
She gave me permission to post the pictures.

Beautiful, I am a genealogist and always looking for different ways to display family members past, present and maybe future LOL
How did you print the info on each square do it on your computer and print off?
