It is a stunning quilt top. For a large quilt, tie, handquilt, or qive to a longarmer.

awesome. it is beautiful. this board is the most wonderful bunch of inspirational men and women. I am so encouraged to continue to find time to plug away at my second attempt. I am about an eighth of the way done with piecing and wish I could call out sick so I could sew all day!

Your quilt top is beautiful. I would agree with the other members - if you want it done quicker, then machine quilt. It will take a longer time to hand quilt it. then post a picture for us!!

I can't believe this was your first quilt. It's georgious! The border is perfect. As far as quilting it do what you are comfortable with.

Beautiful, you sure are a natural, perfect border choice.I only machine quilt on either a Juki TL98QE or Baby Loc Jane. I just finished quilting a large quilt. I have quilted lots of them, nothing fancy, just a large Stipple or meandering.
Yes, you should just keep making quilts.
