    this quilt is so striking. love the contrast with the bright blue. just added another quilt to my to-do list. your sister is lucky to have you in her life.

    Thank you all,

    actually the blue batik fabric was decided based on the thread I planned to use for the quilting. My original thought was to use different colored solids however I couldnt find them all.....then a fellow board member who happened to be at the store too noticed that batik. It was actually perfect.

    Very, very pretty, should hug her just right. Tell her what I told my sister when she finally dumper her husband, get mad at him, not mean, just finally get mad for all the trouble he gave her and then admit to herself that she deserves so much better, she doesn't deserve whatever he dished out. She needs to realize she is a good person who deserves more - I learned that lesson long ago.
