Just have to share a picture of what I made my GD. Thurs is her 8th birthday. Found the bunk bed at a resale sale. Fits her 18" dolls. Made matching monkey quilts with matching pillows. and 1 night gown and 1 pj set to match.
The second picture is a dress for her doll. I copied her 1st communion dress she will be wearing . So her and her doll will match.
I'm so excited it came out perfect. will have to share a picture of her and her doll all dressed up when she makes her communion. Its the 1 thing she really really wanted so I think she'll be so surprised.

Those are SO cute! I used to love making clother for my daughter's 18" dolls! Luckily she was into them & not Barbies, because making those would have made me crazy! I made her & her dolls all kinds of matching things- quilts, Brownie uniforms, nighties...Your pictures brought back some nice memories- thanks!

What a good Grandma. I know she will love them and tell her congratulations on her first Communion. The children always feel like it is a real milestone for them.
