Good Golly, Miss Molly (My darling Blue & Gold Macaw)
#11
I had a green wing macaw, but had to get rid of him as when he matured he got nasty and was so loud. Was so afraid that he might bite someone's finger off. Still have an African Gray and a Senegal parrot. Oliver, the gray has a vocabulary of over 1000 words. He is 20 years old now - got him when he was 6 months old.
Your macaw is beautiful.

Good Golly Miss Molly is pretty ..isn't it amazing the bright colors....
We had a neighbor that had a bird that talked just like the lady that owned her....one time I knocked on her door and the bird said "Come on in"...I did ...I looked like I was casing the place looking for the owners...sure glad they didn't catch me....it dawned on me when the bird said "Here kitty kitty"....and then it would bark like a dog...Funny....bird out lived them both...

I have a Blue and Gold and a grey. My blue and gold ( George ) is mine and only mine. He plays peek a boo and talks a little. He only will respond to me. What a big baby he is. The grey (quasi ) talks up a storm and imitates every sound he hears. He is not as social but is very smart. When people come to visit he says "I'm Quasi and that is George. Please feed us. " What a hoot he is.
