What a special gift. Just the fact that he still has Elmo means that his stay with you was a very special time for him.

very nice quilt. I'm sure he'll cherish it as he does you. He is lucky to have you in his life, even in passing. It must be rewarding to make that kind of difference to a child in need!!

Beautiful quilt and I hope he comes back to you sooner rather than later. I am not the right kind of a person to foster any living thing, let a lone a child. I just couldn't handle the letting go part. You have done a great thing for this Boy. He is old enough to remember you and maybe how to find you when he becomes an adult.

You know that he will love it because it very likely represents the only person in his life that he views as loving him. If you could only take one thing with you, wouldn't you choose to take the thing that represents love? He will be back.

Beautiful quilt and precious gift. I've always had a really hard time with foster care because when they find a wonderful home like yours they jerk them up and put them somewhere else.
God bless you for your heart for him. Have you ever considered adopting him?

It's a fun quilt, I'm sure he'll cherish it forever. Hopefully he'll be back with you for good soon. I don't understand the "system" either. But I do know it stinks.

He will treasure it always and when he is old enough to make his own decisions I am sure he will come back to you.
