    You did a nice job. I have one suggestion..when you are at the end of the pieces of fabric that you are sewing together..use a wooden skewer or a seam ripper to guide the fabric in. When you are at the end..sometimes the fabric shifts a little and you won't get a true 1/4 inch seam. The fabric seems to veer off course a little. You will get faster and more confident as you make your blocks. Keep us up to date with your progress. Love that you share the block with us.

    That looks great. They get easier the more you do them. Your block is great and that will be an awesome quilt. Keep it up.

    You will learn little tricks as you go along. The 2nd one will go faster. You did a great job on your first try.
