Adding my compliments. Your hand-quilting does the rest of the quilt proud. What a beautiful family heirloom. Please tell me you put a label on it, too. I am working on one but think it will take me 10 more years to finish. I really admire my mom for making hers back in the 30's. They are all labors of love.

Your 80 year old aunt won't believe how beautiful this quilt is. This is the prettiest quilt I've seen posted on the site - and your quilting is beautiful. Thank you for giving my eyes something to "feast" on - as now I want to make one...just like this one! Thanks much to both you and your aunt. Libby
